Leather Accessories with Emma Greenwood

Join Melbourne shoemaker and accessory master Emma Greenwood in this inspiring leather-craft workshop. You'll learn simple leather cutting and construction techniques, experiment with a variety of bright coloured and metallic kid leathers, AND make a collection of hand crafted accessories including snap coin purse, pencil case, earrings and beaded tassel key-ring. This workshop is perfect for people wanting to try leather craft or more experienced makers wanting whip up a handful handcrafted items in a new material. 

Students are welcome to bring in their own materials (leather/beads/findings) to experiment with on the day. 

Price includes kid leather hides, metal hardware, silver jewellery findings and delicious morning tea

Participants will also receive a copy of the Leather chapter from our book The Craft Companion, covering additional stitching, binding and construction techniques and a leather bag pattern to inspire future craft adventures BONUS!
